No orders for prescription medicines will be accepted at this moment in time.
Once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched it will usually arrive within approximately 2 working days if you are a Irish customer. UK orders with standard delivery will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. For international customers based outside Ireland, delivery depends on the country but a minimum of 5-7 days for European deliveries and a minimum of 10-14 days for the Rest of the World. Your order will be tracked and may require a signature. This is something to bear in mind. If you feel that your order is late please get in touch and we will resolve any issues.
Some products such as medicines are registered with the Health Products Regulatory Products Authority (HPRA) and we can only supply these products to customers in the Ireland. Products which are registered with the HPRA include medicines. We offer worldwide delivery on most other products which aren't registered with the HPRA.
A questionnaire will need to be completed for any pharmacy or general sales list medicines we have for sale on our website. The information you provide will be reviewed by one of our pharmacists. Sometimes they may need to confirm certain details or talk to you about your order. It is important to leave your contact information so they can process your order as efficiently as possible.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only people who will have access to your personal information will be the pharmacist reviewing your order and a suitably trained member of staff who will help the pharmacist to put your order together. All information will be treated with confidentiality as you would expect from any pharmacy.
None of your information will be shared or sold to third parties. A record of any sales will be kept securely for a period of at least 2 years.
All card payments are securely handled by a secure provider.
